Visual Studio 2010 - Crystal Reports - ASP.NET - Text Field is overlapping Special Field, Database Fields, etc

I have Visual Studio 2010 Prof - I am running it on Windows 7
I downloaded latest version of Crystal Reports for Visual Studio from
http://www.businessobjects.com/jump/xi/crvs2010/us2_default.asp

When I tried to create simple report with 1 text field and special field (File Creation Date) - it looks fine in designer:



 Looks bad in html page:

And looks good in pdf (after exporting):


To fix it
- uninstall existing version of Crystal Reports, ensure all temp files (including C:\Windows\Temp) are deleted
- download and install older version of Crystal Reports from
http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-7824 
Select Support Pack 3


Now your aspx pages will be formatted properly
