Outlook.Com - Why am I getting error: Line: 29 Error: 'jQuery' is undefined?

When I try to start outlook then I also face this same error. I don’t find that why this strange error occurs. I again restart outlook. When I download scanpst.exe and use this repair tool. This works really. This tool not only removes this error but also make my outlook performance better.
