Microsoft Excel - How to setup column or cell or row that allows only positive numbers

1. Highlight column or row or cell
2. Go to Data -> Data Tools -> Data Validation
3. Data Validation -> settings -> Allow: Decimal, Greater Than, Minimum:0
4. Error Alert -> error message -> enter error message here
