To fix it replace
IF EXISTS (Select * FROM sys.views where name='TestView')
ALTER VIEW [dbo].[TestView]
AS
SELECT        dbo.Companies.*
FROM            dbo.Companies
GO

with

IF EXISTS (Select * FROM sys.views where name='TestView')
Drop View [dbo].TestView
Go
CREATE VIEW [dbo].[TestView]
AS
SELECT        dbo.Companies.*
FROM            dbo.Companies
GO
