         <asp:ToolkitScriptManager ID="ToolkitScriptManager2" runat="server">
        </asp:ToolkitScriptManager>
    <form id="form1" runat="server">
    <div>

with
    <form id="form1" runat="server">
    <div>
         <asp:ToolkitScriptManager ID="ToolkitScriptManager2" runat="server">
        </asp:ToolkitScriptManager>
